Egyptian participation at the Intercontinental Art Biennial of Peru

Artist Nadia Sirry is participating at the sixth Intercontinental Biennial of the Indigenous Arts in Peru upon an invitation from its administration as she has won the first award in painting at the Fifth edition which was held in Ecuador.  Artist Chadi Salama is also participating as he has previously won a first award in installations at the fourth edition of the biennial. In addition to the participation of more than 300 artists from twenty two countries around the world in all artistic specializations .The Biennale’s activities will be held in ten cities of Peru, being sponsored by the Ministries of Culture and Foreign Affairs as well as other artistic organizations and councils of the cities hosting the Biennial.  Artist Nadia Sirry is participating with two oil on gold leaf paintings The first is entitled “Solidarity” and the second “Egypt forever” in addition to a third watercolor painting entitled “Maat weighing of the heart” she is participating with through the Center IR-MANO Artistas Latino Americanos of Brazil. The Inauguration is on October 12th at the National University of Piura followed by the Vicus Museum and the rest of the cities until October 23rd
